“You wierd little people” xD We have lots of sayings in Spain for this situation :3 How could I translate them? Something like “… Said the pan to the pot” xD for example.
Oooo…that Spanish saying may have worked better than what I used! I had some trouble thinking up The Professor’s final line in this week’s episode, but I’m glad you liked what I came up with.
I’m also glad to get back to normal strips. I was making too many ‘Specials’ lately, and wanted to the get the story rolling again.
So, this is where Karen’s hair thingies enter into the comic proper. They did make a sneak appearance in panel 7 of page 4, where we she is introduced. Maybe a canon explanation would be that this is her first day at work and she tried to keep them down with some hair gel or something.
Also, not entirely sure if the professor is supposed to say “wierd” because of his accent or if it should be corrected to “weird”.
Do I need to mention I enjoy this page as well? I enjoy ALL of the pages! 🙂

I had wanted to add some more “character” to Karen’s design, and so I gave her hair-antennae. (Heavily influenced by Naru from Love Hina). People seemed to like ’em, so they became a permanent feature for Karen.
That was a typo in Tantrums’ lines, but it could be an accent thing too….

But the saying is what the characters should have replied to the Professor :3 meaning sth like ‘Oh, yeah, ’cause your not weird at all…’
