There may be no “i” in “team”, but given a bit of freedom, I can find a “me” in there. And I always try to be me. Notably, there is no “you” (or “u” for the character count conscious) in “team”, neither in “teamworking” and most importantly not in “team meeting” or “team review”. There is “i” though, in those.

Maybe there is some meaning in some of that, certainly there is not meaning to all of it and any attempt to create such has a high risk of creating something that shouldn’t have been created. The one takeaway that I can heartily recommend following is to abolish pointing fingers.
