This is sooo far from okay. It is a little weird to me, as I more often find myself enjoying team-building activities than not, but all my experiences have been with everyone involved fully sober. Which is, of course, the right way to do it. First activity, then food, then booze.
Tell that to some of the office party planners I had dealt with in the past…really not cool and hang-over fuel to the extreme! 😀
