@Delta-v: I’m not sure I could put numbers or order to the two Karen’s, but the one in this scene is the one that has been Snow Flower for a long while (due to Mike from the future going to the past and messing things up), not the one that lived the past shown in earlier chapters of the comic and was about to tell Mike about holding on to the card from Emily when she got interrupted by Sam from the future.
