Not to me! Probably just because I almost never watch TV… so, what is it?
It’s ‘Lost’. Much of this story is a pariody of that show. Elements such as the Island and the shadowy ‘GREG Initiative’ are based on that show. The rest of the items are stuff i introduced later 🙂
