Well, he is on team evil. There is usually a lack of concern for each other among the bad guys… not saying Mike or Karen are bad guys, but maybe the earlier members of the team? Certainly ‘Gary’, lord of purgatory, isn’t exactly a good guy.

If I remember right, Team Evil was the name of an actual call-center team I encountered once. Once I had introduced Gary, it seemed to fit 🙂
