Although you might think I’m exaggerating a little, I actually got less training than this once!
One job they shuffled us into a room of broken equipment and said, ‘This is what you’ll be supporting’. The next day, I was on the phones. The day after that, I quit.
That sounds familar too. I had a call-center gig that had pretty much the same beginning. Unfortunatly, I stuck with it for a year…big mistake. I should have done the same as yourself and got out quick!!
