Kessy was right, it is supposed to be 3 people coming together (to underline the whole “team-building” front of the group).
It was based on the old Lotus Notes logo 🙂

My inconsitent mind is now telling me you’ve told us about basing this on the old Lotus Notes logo before, and what it is meant to show as well 😀
But it can’t be entirely coincidental that it also looks like a rather scary pawprint… ?
