You are right, I could have gone further and broken this up more. This is one of the few times I’ve broken away from the Back Office’s standard 8 panel design, and I kinda enjoyed it! I’m going to look at new ways to break the mold, the closer we reach the climatic end of the Q-Matic Saga. After that I may even flip the page 90 degrees and use a conventional manga format for this! It’s hard to say, since I often feel that it’s the comic that’s leading me! (instead of the other way round!)
Good page! Except, uh, that’s on Mikes 3 o’clock, not 9. Small mistakes, they are easily missed but often turns thing 180 degrees in the wrong direction. Oops, too late in the night to be writing comments it seems… sorry about that 😛
I’m rereading the archive and I find one of the most stupid comments I’ve ever written. Disregard the above, that bomb is clearly at nine o’clock… nothing to see here, move on…
