Awww, it looks like all the emotional impact of this day is finally catching up with Aoife. Poor thing is shaking like a leaf. I don’t think she was shaking even when Ashling nearly took a header off that pier.
I’m a little surprised at Ashling’s shocked expression – after all, she’s seen this kind of behavior from Aoife before. Or is it only now occurring to her that Aoife likes Aine a bit more than just, “Wow, she’s cute”?
And I’m amused at Garda Finn’s nonchalant reaction. I’m imagining that after years as a garda, he’s seen just about everything. Maybe Rachael was wrong when she told him that he doesn’t want to know what’s going on?
