I’m not going to resolve this plot in this chapter. I think I will re-visit this in later chapters with Claire re-appearing at key moments.
Poor Claire. She should have haunted Laura and Jill during their stay at the school.
Personally I would have like to read the article they were reading. I always find them neat; kind of like I have an inside look at the story. Plus it’s sometimes fun to get background info like that.
And you missed a key personal pronoun in Fiona’s second bubble in the second panel. It should read, “It was claimed that she fell of the pier accidentally”.
@Farren: I’m sure she did 🙂 Claire will return in later Bata Neart stories. I’m no Agatha Christie, so I’ll need a while to build up the rest of this mystery 😀
Since I need to fix that typo (D’oh!) I’ll have a look at the raw comic file and remind myself of what is written there, and post it up 🙂
