Ok its been a while since I read the back pages, who is the girl with the braid? I thought it was only the 3 girls that knew about her magic?
@Howard: That’s Fiona, and she only recently started braiding her hair. She’s Ashling’s and Aoife’s brainy friend, and it was her boyfriend’s care that Ashling accidentally blew up.

@Howard: Apologies for the design confusion with Fiona. She did go through a gradual redesign over the years, which I think I’ve finally settled on. Thanks to the links that Kessy helpfully shared you can see her evolution over the nearly 15+ years that I’ve been drawing this comic 🙂
Well, who else could be causing random explosions in the middle of the forest? The ghosts of the IRA? Although then again, since they would be ghosts Ashling would probably be in the middle of that too.
Wow has it really been 15 years you been working on this! That’s such an investment It boggles the mind. Creating one of these must be akin to getting married, with all the work and time and energy it takes to keep going..
