Phew! I posted this one just in time.
I’m still playing catchup on my drawings buffer from when I was drawing for the Coffee Party book, so I only just got this finished a few hours ago.
I’ve started to actually catch up now, so hopefully I can pick up the pace and quality. I’ve also started thinking about the next Chapter, which is a habit I’m trying to get into mid-chapter.
After 5 pages, next week is a break week for Back Office, so the next update will be on:

I was putting it lightly with the ‘interesting’ comment. I’m genuinely quite worried about this election, and the Trump movement has all the hallmarks of the darkest moments in European democracy. I’m hopeful that a Clinton victory will not result in major violence, and that the alt-right crazies are too few in numbers to do any real damage or harm. A Trump victory is difficult to fathom, and the continued possibility of it won’t allow me to relax until I know the result later this week.
Thursday morning here in Europe I will hopefully be chewing my breakfast between massive sighs of relief.
LOL, sorry, I was referring to the anime Bakemonogatari. The female lead is Senjougahara Hitagi, who’s notorious for using school supplies as weapons. Particularly staplers, but also pencils, rulers, utility knives, etc.

She’s pretty psycho, flirting with Yandere territory. She’s also probably the most extreme example of the Shaft head tilt.

The series is pretty popular, but not one of my favorites. Senjougahara in particular is a pretty iconic character. Personally, I find the characters rather shallow, and they interact almost exclusively with the generic male protagonist which gives it a a bad harem feel to me.
Trump is a fascist. No ifs ands or buts about it. If he wins I think it’s extremely likely he’ll create a constitutional crisis that could very well lead to full scale civil war. If he loses, the alt-righters are ready to go to war rather than accept a woman as President. I don’t know how bad it will be or how widespread or even when or what form it will take, but I’m quite certain there will be violence.

That character is pretty awesome looking (and making me want to ink/colour my work better), and I do like the idea of using everyday items as weaponry. I must check this anime out sometime in the distant future when I have enough time to watch anime again 😀
