Erm…so yea…I guess you can’t call Ashling “Ash”. Sorry about that Jim, she kind of threw me off with that response (which is strange, since I drew it).

@James: Ashling has many fear-, worry-, fret-, and nervous- producing buttons, but apparently only a few hot-buttons, and you apparently hit one of those. ><
@Delta: Well, on the bright side, Aoife seems to have seen this particular berserk button pressed before, so hopefully she’ll know how to cool Ashling down.
@James: Well, it could be worse – at least Ashling doesn’t seem to have the Bata Neart at hand…
@Rawr: The sign of a well developed character is when they start surprising their creator.
KAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHNNNN!
Ashling!! You have to apologise to James! He didn’t know about your “Ash” thing…
James….I am sorry
Being called “Ash” just drives me up the wall and it looks like you folk had no way of knowing that…
To answer your question; it’s not that Bata Neart & Aine have “inspired” me to learn more Gaeilge, it’s just that now I *have* to learn it more…it’s never been the most exciting language. I never felt that it was that sexy a language…
Although thanks to Aine…Aoife might start feeling that way…
Erm….I don’t know what you mean…(blushing)
Sure you dont…..
@Kessy: Thank you for saying
They sure are pretty developed when they start running wild with their own conversations here in the comment box. I have a feeling that when I finally do lose all of my marbles, the experts will be checking back here to see where it began
@Delta: Ashling has a couple more of these hot-buttons too. Aoife has trodden upon a few at her peril over the years…
@Azreal:

JAAAAAAAAAAAMEES……….t. kirk
Okay, everybody all together now…
(sings) Aoife and Aine sitting in a tree…
I forgive you.
In the US we tend to be more personable in our relationships.
However, I would be amiss if I didn’t mention All that about the Bata….
Jim
Mark…
Funny you mention that; at work I’m known as Capt Kirk because I’m such a big Trek fan.
Some even call me James A “Jirk”.
(Jim Kern Fun Fact #207)
…..James A “Kirk”……
Stupid man fingers on a tiny keyboard….
